Shipping

Products are shipped via carrier such as UPS. Shipping times vary depending upon product - please see product page for shipping times. If you prefer another delivery method, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us at sales@dolphinblue.com or 800-932-7715 for pricing.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns

We believe our products are the best and we'd like you to feel the same way about the products you receive from us. We are a small company and want to avoid any issues with your order! Therefore, if you are the least bit uncertain about the product, color, texture, size, etc., contact us! We're here to assist you and make your buying experience as pleasant as possible, and will graciously research and/or discuss the product, the intended use, etc! We have experienced staff and sometimes one toll-free phone call can make a big difference. You can also contact us via email with your questions or concerns.

We understand there are special circumstances and mistakes in placing orders. It is very important that you contact us if you're the least bit uncertain about a product or shipping time. If you've placed your order incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We can catch your order and correct it if you phone us within an hour of placing your order. If you place your order after 5 PM central time or during the weekend, relax and contact us by 10 AM central time on the next business day; our fulfillment center is closed Saturday and Sunday, so a weekend order won't be processed until Monday morning.

Please note internet browsers render colors differently, depending on the settings of your system and browser used, so what you see on your browser may not be the same as the actual product color.

BEDDING, PILLOWS, TOPPERS, FOUNDATIONS, ACCESSORIES AND MATTRESSES CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT (SEE PRODUCT WARRANTY).
